At the beginning there's always the question: "What business goals do we want to have achieved in 1, 2 or 5 years?" The most common answer is "...larger turnover, more emloyees, larger profit!"Of course that's a good approach. But we should take time for a more detailled long-term view at the way your company has to go in the future. First we talk about the short-term aims. Which target-goups do you want to reach for a quick increase of turnover by efficient advertising effords? At that point our customers bring in their kow-how, their products and their existing advertising messages. Then we discuss the previous successes and project new measures, based on existing experiences. Afterwards we align the specific measures to cultivate the market with a synchronized advertising concept. It's important for you to have the total cost control, so we principally offer the projects as "packages", discuss the extent and the implemantation and don't start working until you get an order confirmation. |
